I believe creating a sustainable movement habit for health, happiness and wellbeing. In training to feel good and not just to look good, that teaches you how to move more freely & feel more confident in you body & it's abilities. Without pain. Without feeling defeated or broken afterwards. Without feeling like you are punishing yourself. Without hating it! My mission, to help you love you again.
