Decades of unrealistic ideals created by the fitness advertising industry & diet culture has made movement feel inaccessible to millions of people.
But training, or movement of any kind, isn’t just for one size, or shape, or ideal, or age and it absolutely doesn't just have to be about being “punished” or “beasted” in the gym for it to feel worthwhile to you.
My approach to movement training is to help you find a form of movement and routine that is enjoyable, sustainable and works with your body, not against it.

I draw upon my experience, not just a trainer, but as a human. One who has also had her ups and downs, who didn't believe in her body, who saw it start to fail and become injured, who battled with and overcame bullying, bulimia and loss by trying new things, allowing the right people by my side, finding my groove and loving myself for what I can achieve, not what I look like.
I take huge pride seeing my clients smash a PB or learn new skills in the gym. But most importantly, how this translates into and enriches their everyday lives outside of our sessions. Be overcoming fears, every day moving better, feeling less aches and pains, becoming stronger and most importantly more confident in their bodies. Whether you are trying to rebuild your love of movement or brand new to it, whatever stage you are at in your journey, my approach to every single client is individual – finding what works for you, what makes your tick and what makes you feel empowered – so you can live in a body that makes you feel good.
